Anxiety - A tapping Narrative

This tap has been created as a quick go to for those times when anxiety comes to visit uninvited.

Repeat as many times as it takes for you to feel calm, and don't forget to breathe.

It can add benefit if you spend a minute sitting quietly before you start and take a few breaths. First inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth normally, on your second breath inhale through the nose and hold for the count of 4 then exhale through the mouth. This allows you to access both sides of the brain.

When you've finished the tap take a deep breath and release through the mouth, this will help you purge the energy of the anxiety.
